Gia Pilates is a small group Pilates studio located in Doreen, Mill Park, Ringwood North and coming soon to Watsonia.

At Gia Pilates we believe in empowering our mind and body through our Pilates practise. We combine classical Pilates with modern and dynamic exercises to provide clients with a challenging yet wholesome workout.

Each class is designed to improve strength, flexibility, core strength, posture and overall wellbeing in a full body workout.

We pride ourselves on being inclusive and providing a healthy, welcoming and positive space. All of our classes are beginner friendly. Our instructors will ensure clients have options to layer and progress or step things back in classes in order to achieve their goals and do what feels good and right for yourself.

We love movement and what movement does for the body and mind. No matter your level of fitness or experience, our arms are open.
